14 July Blame YourselfIt's about a programmer in the Company.
He is a programmer with excellent talent.
He can finish a program 5 times faster than normal person.
He always has this thought,
if the Company can just give him more opportunity
he will definitely be a very successful person.
The same words from his friends.
Everyday he blames the Company for not giving him a more significant post.
One day, he finally get a promotion.
Increase in salary and work scope.
Now he need to program and manage his team.
Then he realizes, managing is not what he wants at all and
it's not what he can do.
He finally understand, his battle field is as a programmer,
not entrepreneur.
Everyone of us has our own role in this world.
Salary is not directly proportional to level of position.
There are people who has higher income than his higher authorities.
Increase of salary and promotion are not matrics of success.
So what is success?
LimitThere is an accountant who work very hard every day,
but his boss never see his performance.
Everyday he is given the same old repeating job. So he thinks, "ok, I will improve myself more".
From taking a week to finish the job,
he improves the duration to 4 days.
Still, boss never notices him.
So he thinks, "ok, I will improve again".
Now he can finish his job in one working day.
Despite his great improvement in efficiency,
he don't get promotion or any increase in salary.
He has no more space to improve nor any new skill to acquire.
Guess what he do.
Having extra time from his job,
he starts his piano lesson,
which is his childhood dream.
Slowly, he forms a band.
He begins playing in pubs and
end up producing his own album.
And still doing his daily job.
The only limitation you have is your concepts towards the situation.
Hunt this false preconditions built from childhood and bring them down one by one.
To achieve this, one must respect and face every inner emotion, good and bad.
Be a true person.
One day, you will release the universe inside you.
